It is the basement only and does not include the house (available seperately).

This front hinged basement comes complete with steps, railings, sashes, cills and lintels.
DecoratingThe inner door can be obtained by ordering DH054.It is recommended that decoration should be completed before assembly.
Designed to be equally suitable for either modern or Victorian room settings. The large bay windows allow glimpses of the interior and are especially attractive for settings with interior lighting. The bedrooms in the roof-space have dormer windows and the porch features attractive supporting brackets. The kit comes complete with sashes, porch, cills and stair railings.
