The ground floor has a wide central arch which gives a retail area of 550mm wide x 210mm high x 330m deep
The 1st floor has two 330mm deep rooms rooms measuring 190mm high.
One is 330mm wide and the other is 220mm wide.
The front opening roof gives access to the two attic rooms. The exterior walls of the house are manufactured from 9mm MDF, the inner walls and floors are in 6mm MDF.
The individual sash windows are 3mm thick.
This dolls house kit includes 2 chimneys and 1 staircase.
Also included in this dolls house kit are the instructions, hinges, PVA glue and sandpaper.
