All in stock orders are shipped next working day, then it will depend on the shipping method you have chosen.

This is extremely unlikely, but it does happen very occasionally, if this happens to your order then please contact us by email and we will arrange for it to be replaced free of charge. We will need you to send a photo of the damage and of the packaging. If when you receive the order the packaging has obvious damage then please sign for the parcel as damaged.

If your order product is marked as out of stock, then that means we dont have any in stock but will either have some on order with Alchemy of England already or will order it in when you order. This will take a maximum of the time stated on the product page..
